Keighley Cougars have announced two fundraising events in aid of first team player Aidan Scully and his family following the news of his wife’s brain tumour.
The fundraisers are for 32 year old Kirsty Lambert, who is the partner of Aidan Scully, who has sadly been diagnosed with a brain tumour.
All proceeds from these events will go towards a fund being set up to support Aidan and Kirsty and the couple’s two daughters and recently born little boy.
On Wednesday 11th July a Bingley Congs XI will face off against a Keighley Cougars XI in a T20 game, 6.30pm start.
The Keighley Cougars 11 will be made up of current first team players and staff, and the game and evening will be used as a fundraiser for both clubs. Refreshments will be available, the BBQ will be up and running and there will be a raffle as well as auctions.
Entry into the cricket game is £5 for Adults and £1 for Juniors and entry entitles you to a voucher to be exchanged for a burger or beer.
The second event is a Benefit Night on Saturday 21st July at Cougar Park with a 7:30pm start.
The event will see Brad Nicholson and Craig Lingard headline a Full Monty performance with the Ladies team taking place in Blind Date amongst many other events to be announced in due course.
Tickets for this event are priced at £5 per ticket.
