19 Man Squad Announcement – Barrow Raiders

Head Coach Craig Lingard has this morning announced his 19 man squad to face Barrow Raiders in the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Fourth Round on Saturday evening.

Following defeat to the All Golds on Sunday, Lingard had made his intentions clear in regards to making changes for Saturday but has had his hand forced in some cases.

Scott Law (Hamstring) and Emmerson Whittel (Jaw) are out through injury once more but have been joined in the physio’s room by a list which has been growing throughout the week.

Nathan Conroy (Ankle) is out with a re-occurence of the injury he sustained pre-season with Ritchie Hawkyard (Ribs) and Callum Dunne (Hip) also ruled out. Brad Nicholson (Illness) is also not available to Linners.

Neil Cherryholme is unavailable for selection and Josh Casey misses out on a place following the conclusion of his four game suspension for a dangerous throw in our pre-season defeat to the Raiders.

Ben Sagar comes into the 19 for the first time this season following a hamstring injury and an operation to remove his appendix whilst there are recalls for Nathan Kitson and Davey Dixon, who served his one match suspension for punching last Sunday against the All Golds.
